Assumption Grotto received a relic of St. Augustine Schoeffler whose ancestry has ties to the parish. A Solemn High Mass was celebrated on the feast of St. Joseph the Worker in the 1962 Missal calendar (May 1st, 2009), followed by veneration of the relic of St. Augustine after Mass (people are seen at the altar rail as Fr. Perrone presents the relic).
